Your email address
The ACC will only record your email address in the event that you send a message by email or if you register requesting notifications. Your email address will not be added to any mailing lists without your prior consent.
Clickstream data
When you visit this website, our Internet servers make a record of your visit and logs the following information for statistical purposes:

- the user's top level domain name (for example .com, .gov, .au, .uk etc)
- the date and time of the visit to the site

- Law enforcement agency—An agency of the Commonwealth or a State or Territory such as the Australian Federal police, which exercises powers such as executing a warrant to seize documentation or goods or to search premises etc.
- Notification—Automatic advice of new or updated material available via the Australian Crime Commission, provided to a user who registers for this service.
