About the Australian Crime Commission

To ensure the appropriate management and accountability of our operations we are governed by the:

Message from our CEO. 'In my view, the ACC is primarily a service agency. We are a niche, complementary agency delivering specialist capabilities to other agencies in the lawa enforcement community and broader government. In my role as CEO I look forward to further cementing these relationships and working collaboratively to fight serious and organised crime. The ACC should never be in competition with anyone execept the crooks!' John Lawler APM Chief Executive Officer
